Progress continues as the community continues to grow. We just started framing our latest building consisting of four homes and two are already SOLD!!! As new homes are being sold even before the framing is finished, the community is going to be out of your reach before you know it! Detached Construction To Begin…

Construction on our first detached river front home is well underway! With material in place, framers are building our first detached home in Knoxville. The home, already sold, is the first to be built right on the Holston River. We a also have a select group of homes ready for immediate occupancy. Construction continues on our next Phase of homes being built in Farragut. With our first ten homes complete and nearly all sold, we recently began building eight new homes. This is one community where you can't wait until tomorrow to get that dream home you long to own today!

At the recently held, special relocation workshop and luncheon, “Life Sizing Your Lifestyle!” at Willow Creek Golf Club, over fifty participants took part and toured the community at the Cottages At Pryse Farm.
