Dear Cottages Group Family,
My desire is that each and every one of you has a grand family Thanksgiving!!
Here at the Cottages Group, we have much to be thankful for. Our first detached courtyard home is under construction on the Holston River at the Cottages At Governors Landing and another resident will be moving into a Courtyard Ducal by month’s end. At Pryse Farm, we are thankful that our first ten homes are nearly complete and selling fast. Plans are already underway for the building of our next phase of single-level homes! We are also grateful for our great community of active residents at the Cottages At Feathers Chapel. Nearly fifty homes are now occupied. Only a few homes remain in Phase I and plans have begun to engineer and design the next phase around the lake. If you haven’t visited the lake or newly constructed walking trail, take the opportunity to call Lori or Bud for a tour. Our thanks also extend to Epcon for allowing us to represent them in this wonderful region of the country with the greatest single level home on the market today! We are so delighted with our communities and those folks that choose to live in them. We recently invested in this new website touting all that is the Cottages Group Family of Communities.

Welcome To Our New Internet Portal!
Welcome to the new Cottages Group website! We hope this inaugural blog entry finds you happy and healthy and you're ready to get out and enjoy these wonderful autumnal days!!
We wanted to again take this opportunity to update you on all the happenings at each of our three communities, the Cottages At Pryse Farm in Farragut, the Cottages At Feathers Chapel in Bristol and the Cottages At Governors Landing in East Knox County.
Pryse Farm In Farragut
Pryse Farm has seen substantial progress over the past few months. Our Phase I homes are under roof and our first homeowners will celebrate Christmas in their new homes of distinction in one of West Knoxville's most desirable places to live. (I recently made some updated photographs of our new Pryse Farms homes and supplied a link below so you can see for yourself just how far along we are in West Knoxville.)

Feathers Chapel In Bristol
With the lake now completed, potential new homeowners are flocking to this grand, established community! Many are realizing that there is no better time than now to live in an active lifestyle, maintenance free community. Most are working diligently so they can celebrate the holidays with our energetic community at Feathers Chapel! If you want to make merry, and usher in the holidays with your family and friends at Feathers Chapel, you'll need to act fast! Bud and Lori, our sales specialists, have taken numerous contracts in the past few weeks.

At Governors Landing our model homes are being toured daily. With the clubhouse and eight, Phase I homes completed, and our detached, river front courtyard homes soon to begin construction, the excitement is building at Governors Landing.
